Established and thriving consulting company is seeking a Teamcenter Enterprise Administrator. This is a permanent hire opportunity. This position involves Teamcenter Enterprise help desk support at a client site.
Duties include working with software users to understand their needs and difficulties. Troubleshoot problems to determine the problem source including user errors, software errors, systems errors, etc. Maintain operational processes and procedures, according to company objectives.
Requirements: Experience with Teamcenter Enterprise. Administration / helpdesk experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are needed. Position requires Citizenship or Green Card. Relocation: Assistance with moving expenses will be provided.
