Growing UK Company focused on selling 3D CAD Software in to engineering and manufacturing Companies is expanding their presence in the UK. The Company has aggressive growth plans and is looking to strengthen their existing Sales Team by hiring a Sales Representative to cover the East Midlands territory.The position focuses mainly on new business sales, where you will be expected to cold call to generate new business, as well as meet with potential Customers in-person. You will have the full support of a pre-sales team who will assist you on Client visits and demo the software for you. You will also receive full support from Management, your direct Manager having strong coaching, development and support skills in order to help you achieve your full potential. Requires skills:• CAD, Mechanical Engineering, PDM or PLM knowledge • Proven track record in new business sales – you do not need to have sold software before but must have experience selling in to the engineering industry, such as selling machine tools to engineering Companies • Ability to work to a quarterly sales target• Strong communication and presentation skills • Self motivated, hunter mentality Great earnings potential with OTE being double the fixed salary.
