Job Description

One of the Leaders for Global Compliance Solutions has an opening for an Account Executive to take responsibility for the DACH region.

A little about the Company: Well respected and recognised within their market space, this Company is focused on providing Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) solutions for Customers in the Process industry. The Company are experiencing high growth, it is a dynamic market and with legislation being essential now it is a good time to get involved in this industry. Demand is high and selling in this market is a complex undertaking making it both very interesting and challenging. The Company have over 150 Customers worldwide, a number of which are in the top 20 in their business vertical. As well as selling in to the Chemical Industry, the Company also provides solutions to Customers in the Food & Beverage industry, Medical industry...etc.

As Account Executive you will have the opportunity to work on multi-national projects, be in contact with ERP Vendors, and work with System Integrators to prepare implementation proposals. The Company are seeking an Account Executive with strong communication skills in order to open doors at C-Level, and a proven track record in selling EH&S Software and Services.

Required experience:
•    Successful track record in reaching quota for sales in PLM or ERP domain
•    Strong consultative sales approach, being used to complex and long sales cycles
•    EH&S expertise or exposure
•    Previous sales experience with process-based industries (Chemicals, Food & Beverage etc)
•    Excellent long-term relationship building skills
•    Good analytical skills to understand and translate Customer needs into business potential and ROI
•    Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
