Artemis Resources is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our UK team and manage full-life cycle recruiting of PLM, PDM and CAD permanent recruitment throughout Europe. This is your opportunity to join a niche market specialist, grow and develop your own Client base and work as part of a focused team. As a Recruiter at Artemis Resources you will have the option to recruit for diverse skill sets including technical, consulting, support, management and sales positions or to specialise, depending on your preference and skill set. We look to partner our Clients, who will in turn look at you as an extension to their business.

Key skills required for this position are:
• Proven track record in permanent recruitment placements
• Ability to work to a monthly target
• Strong Candidate sourcing skills through use of database, online, referrals, networking, name generation techniques, cold calling and headhunting
• Candidate screening and registration
• Ability to find, engage and build long-term relationships with Clients
• Strong communication skills
• Good written skills, demonstrated through your ability to write engaging job advertisements
• Proactive, self-starter mentality
• Knowledge of the PLM, PDM and CAD market
• Flexibility to get involved in all aspects of the business
• Creative thinker, with new ideas and strategies on effective recruitment methods
• Passion, desire and motivation to achieve

Key Responsibilities:
• Full cycle recruitment from finding Clients and requirement gathering to sourcing, screening and presenting Candidates
• Identify and engage new Clients. Agree and get the sign-off on business terms
• Gather job requirements
• Proactively source both active and passive Candidates using a variety of methods
• Manage interview process and keep constant communication with both Clients and Candidates
• Work alongside European colleagues on International requirements
• Accurately forecast business
• Keep up-to-date on new sourcing techniques
• Contribute to the Companies image and reputation within our market space
• Attend any PLM, PDM, CAD related events as required
• Administration duties (advertising, database entry)
